TAXES, INTERNATIONAL DUTIES:
Local guidelines apply once your purchase reaches the
destination country and may be subject to local customs
duties and / or local taxes in that country. These taxes
and duties are not included in your purchase price.
Check with your local authority to determine the applicable
fees, as these charges are your responsibility.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping is free for all our customers. Our goal is to
dispatch all orders within 48 hours, using a reputable
shipping company for international shipments, UPS and DHL;
for national shipments, UPS, Correos de Chile and
Chilexpress. Delivery may be influenced by external
factors that are not related to MARIA PIA CORNEJO ™.
Transit time after shipment may vary depending on your
location. In the event that your delivery is delayed for
any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep
you informed of the estimated delivery date. We process and
ship orders during our main business hours, Monday through
Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with the exception of
Chilean holidays). Please note that orders placed on
Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
After your order ships, you will receive an email with your
tracking details. You can check the status of your order
within an hour or two after receiving the email using the
tracking number provided. Product delivery is usually
made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on
Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend
will be processed on the following business days.
