Chilean Designer María Pía Cornejo Marks a New International
Milestone at Paris Fashion Week with the Launch of Her “Purify”

After a stunning presentation on October 4 at the historic
Pavillon Dauphine in Paris, the designer is back in Chile,
consolidating the global reach of her brand LIVERTA®.

2026 continues to be a year of major international achievements for the prominent Chilean artist and fashion designer María Pía Cornejo. Following her established appearances on the runways of Vancouver, New York, and Milan, the creative is back in the country after marking a new milestone in her career: the official
presentation of her conceptual SS27 proposal, Purify, at the iconic Paris Fashion Week this past October 4.

The historic Pavillon Dauphine—an iconic Belle Époque venue located next to the Bois de Boulogne—
served as the backdrop for the Chilean designer’s Paris runway debut. She not only shined in the
fashion capital with one of the most innovative avant-garde proposals on the international circuit, but
also reaffirmed her role as the creative mind behind an auteur brand where textile experimentation, the
pursuit of freedom, and the elevation of consciousness are masterfully expressed in garment form.

The runway show was produced by the renowned international firm Fashion Week Studio, with valuable
support from the Directorate of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile (DIRAC), an
organization dedicated to promoting and positioning Chilean artistic talent abroad.

Purify: Wearable Sculptures, Water Consciousness, and Sound Innovation.

Inspired by water consciousness, quantum philosophy, and the geometry of water crystal formation,
the Purify collection explores water as a universal symbol of cleansing, regeneration, and spiritual
rebirth. Technically, the proposal contrasts structured, opaque fabrics with textile sculptures treated
with resins, molded to capture fluid contours and the organic movement of waves frozen in time,
accompanied by precise hand-embroidered architectural details.

True to her immersive signature style, the presentation was conceived as an artistic ritual where fluid
light plays interacted with the silhouettes on the runway, all enveloped by an ambient electronic
soundscape composed by the designer herself with the support of artificial intelligence.

"This step through Paris Fashion Week has been deeply meaningful in every aspect. Presenting Purify
on this global stage and seeing how the audience connected with our vision of fashion as wearable art
capable of touching consciousness has been thrilling. As a creator from the Maule Region, I am filled
with pride to prove that with hard work and conviction, you can go far and inspire others to grow
internationally doing what they love," highlights María Pía Cornejo upon her return to Chile.

With this international milestone, LIVERTA® revalidates its distinctive mark in contemporary high
fashion, consolidating a sustainable and innovative artistic proposal that transcends borders.
